Lovely modern hotel located just off a shopping mall with plenty of stores to shop and a short walk away, and good highway access to all directions. Good sized room, on level 11, outstandingly accommodating staff. With a microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment, and a fridge.

Excellent base for discovering Miami with very kind and welcoming staff from a general manager. Amazing, wonderful location in the nice area. For tea or coffee visit Cinnabon nearby.

Wonderful and quiet property with really kind employees with very friendly receptionists. All in all marvellous and easy location, next to all the Shopping malls and outlets as well as restaurant, confortable size of rooms. Also, close to the port.

Everything was wonderful from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and fantastic room. It was reasonably priced. Savoury breakfast, the food was reasonably priced. Our accommodation was set in a beachfront location just off the turnpike, the Mall and several restaurants, and wanted to shop at Dolphin Mall. Also, we were able to visit Carlow Park, that was 2 miles from the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the Dolphin mall, which is in walking distance. The location is convenient for shopping. The staff were incredibly happy and helpful. The breakfast had a super selection and amazing value for money.

Guests can also enjoy the proximity to the Dolphin Mall, an interesting shopping place to explore during their stay. The rooms are luxurious and the beds are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service.
Some guests had issues with housekeeping not properly respecting their privacy and poor attitudes at the front desk.
